Nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley, our vineyards lie within the Jasnières AOC. This small, prestigious AOC has been officially recognised since 1937 and is known for its fine white wines made from Chenin Blanc. Even today, it covers just 70 hectares on a south-facing hillside.

The estate comprises four vineyard plots, each with its own distinct geological identity, producing four cuvées:

Dyane, Au pas de l’âne, chant de Vigne and Les Côtières.

Even within the same vintage, each wine reveals its own character and personality.

The grapes are pressed as gently as possible, and the intervention is kept to a minimum. They spend several years in the cellar, giving fermentation time to run its full course. During this time, they develop finesse and elegance.

The wines stand out for their vibrant freshness and purity. Combining richness and complexity, they have excellent ageing potential.
