Wine, the Pure Expression of Terroir

The vineyard, nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley, lies within the Jasnières appellation — a small and prestigious AOC recognised since 1937 for its great Chenin Blanc wines. Today, it still covers only around 70 hectares, all located on south-facing slopes.

The estate is structured around four distinct vineyard parcels, each with its own geological identity, giving rise to four cuvées :

Dyane, Au pas de l’âne, Chant de Vigne and Les Côtières.

Within the same vintage, each expresses its own character and personality.

From pressing onwards, carried out as gently as possible, the wines are handled with great care and undergo a long ageing in the cellar over several years, allowing for a slow and complete fermentation.

They are defined by their tension and purity, combining generosity with complexity, and stand as true age-worthy wines.
