DE MIANVILLE
Wine, the Pure Expression of Terroir

The vineyard, nestled in the heart of the Loire Valley, lies within the Jasnières AOC. A discreet yet prestigious appellation, recognized since 1937 for its great Chenin Blanc wines, it still covers only 70 hectares on a single south-facing hillside today.
The estate is composed of four parcels with distinct geological identities, from which four cuvées are produced:
Dyane, Au Pas de l’Âne, Chant de Vigne and Les Côtières.
Within the same vintage, each reveals its own expression and personality.
From pressing onward, carried out as gently as possible, the wines are handled very little and rest in the cellar for several years to ensure a long and complete fermentation, during which they gain finesse and elegance.
The wines are defined by their tension and purity, combining generosity and complexity and establishing themselves as excellent age-worthy wines.
