DE MIANVILLE
The Soil, Our Heritage
.jpg)
The estate’s vines are rooted in a geological heritage where limestone soils, flint-rich grounds and silty-clay soils scattered with ferruginous flints intertwine.
On these soils, the diversity of native weeds, with their varied root systems, maintains a residual vegetation that nourishes and shelters beneficial organisms, while adding beauty to the landscape.
In respect of this balance, our interventions remain minimal and gentle in order to preserve the fertility and stability of the soil.
