We cultivate the vines in a traditional way, seeking to preserve the balance between the plant and the land entrusted to us, allowing Chenin to fully express the richness of the places where it takes root.

The physical characteristics of each parcel are carefully considered before any human intervention, enabling us to determine the optimal harvest dates and to assess the grapes at their best level of ripeness.
