Our story is, above all, a story of love: a love of nature, wine and heritage, followed by the desire to share them.

After studying winemaking at the University of Montpellier, Christine settled in the beautiful Loire Valley in 1991 to start a family.

​

In the early 2000s, the family found a small area of vineyard and devoted much of their energy to restoring La Loge de Courtoux, a historical vineyard lodge that had belonged to Château de La Gidonnière until the mid-20th century.

​

Today, the building has regained its soul and is full of life once more. It stands in Lhomme, on the hillside overlooking the château, in a historic setting that still holds a special magic.

Since 2022, Christine has been writing the next chapter of this story with her son, Camille.

They share the same passion and continue this journey together, keeping traditions alive and passing on their knowledge.
