We work in the « traditional » manner so as to respect the suitability of vines and terroir and  also  to let our  chenin express the soils  it grows on.

A combination of both physical and human factors helps us to obtain the best  grape ripening.

We do all the works by hand , with our donkey  Fakin.

We only use approved organic products and plants to ensure the protection of the vines.
